It started by serving lunch and dinner
to its members with a new menu proposed every month, and included special veg and non-veg
dishes in addition to a common basic menu. Over the years, another section of special egg-based
dishes has been launched to suit a growing brood of eggitarians. Following a tremendous success
and respect in catering to the students' need, it opened its breakfast service too in 2014. Since
then, it has been diligently taking care of their nutritional needs as well as their taste palate. Being
the kitchen to meal takers from all over India, and beyond, it blends culinary gems from south and
north indian too along with its local Bengali staple. The menu items are changed every month to
